2 pensiero su “A chi inviare i reclami sui riguardano servizi pubblici a Roma?”
  1. I try to contact ATAC for precision about weekly tickets without success. I bought online January 16, 2 weekly tickets at 24 Euros each for our next vacation in April. I received a receipt fron Unicredit but would like to know if this receipt serves as a voucher or I will received them later? I also would like to know if there is a ticket office to exchange the voucher or recipt at the FCO airport. Thank you

    1. Hello Mr. Gobeli, we do not know how to answer your questions as we are not connected to the City of Rome but certainly can contact the telephone number (+39) 060606 where the service of the municipality of Rome answers
