tappo_Charling_vino_spumante_millesimato_2014_brutUltimamente, da circa due mesi circa, sto cercando di riassestare la mia vita a suon di penna. Su un diario ho incominciato a scrivere piccole cose, poche righe su talento e felicità. Ho scritto un po’ di me. Oggi rileggendola mi sono soffermata su una domanda che avevo scritto in penna nera, sottolineato più volte: “Di cosa hai bisogno veramente?”

Ho bisogno di essere abbracciata e il mio naso nel collo di chi amo. Non sento la paura al pensiero di abbracciare sconosciuti, è una cosa bellissima, ma riconoscere il profumo sul collo di chi ami è come correre una maratona, salire su una giostra, mangiare zucchero filato e guardare un tramonto in riva al mare d’estate, bere un bicchiere d’acqua gelata quando fa caldo e hai tanta sete.

Ho bisogno di ridere a crepapelle, quel ridere che parte dalla pancia, arriva al cervello e ti inonda. Perché un sorriso non è assolutamente la stessa cosa, spesso è di circostanza. Voglio ridere, con gli occhi, con il viso, con il cuore e con l’anima e non solo con la bocca.

Ho bisogno di qualcuno che mi cucini cose buone e che mi stupisca e mi dica: “Siediti ci penso io a te”, perché se è vero che ho sempre pensato che prendersi cura di una persona avviene anche attraverso il cibo, voglio provare anche io ad essere amata così.

Voglio essere accarezzata infinitamente e baciata con la stessa passione. Perché ci sono luoghi dove le cose dovrebbero stare, una di queste: le mani di un uomo sulla schiena di una donna.
Aprire una bottiglia, anche se solo per un bicchiere, perché c’e’ sempre qualcosa per cui brindare e qualcosa invece da dimenticare.

Ho bisogno di viaggiare ed è la parte della mia vita che al momento manca come l’aria che respiro. Non chiedo di fare il giro del mondo, ma avere sempre pronta l’idea del viaggio, della valigia pronta, del cambiamento. Ci sono posti che sento che devo andare a visitare, partire per andare ad annusarne i profumi, a conoscere le persone ed innamorarmi follemente di quei luoghi.

Ho bisogno di essere ascoltata e parlo di essere ascoltata con attenzione e non con distrazione presente. Perché allora meglio niente.

Ho bisogno di ricredere nelle persone. Di avere fiducia nel prossimo, di pensare che non ti stiano fregando e neanche di essere sorpresa del contrario. Vorrei che fosse tutto chiaro e pulito come sono sempre stata io. Per questo vorrei essere creduta senza rassicurare, perché secondo me non ce n’è bisogno.

Ho bisogno essere sgridata perché sono una pazza impulsiva e devo essere messa in riga.

Ho bisogno di fare l’amore e di fare sesso che, una volta per tutte, sono due cose diverse.
Ho bisogno di essere rassicurata, di sentirmi dire che andrà tutto bene.
Ho bisogno di un cane. E ho mille motivi per volerlo e rinuncio da troppo.

Ho bisogno del cinema, della musica e delle novità. Ho bisogno di stare da sola, di sentirmi abbandonata sapendo perfettamente di non esserlo neanche un attimo. Ho bisogno di non dover rispondere ai messaggi e neanche alle email perché non è mai una questione “di vita o di morte” e potete aspettare tutti perché io ho imparato ad aspettarvi. Ho bisogno di correttezze nel lavoro, di correttezze nella vita.

Ho bisogno di neve. Tanta neve e di quel rumore unico che mi calma. Ho bisogno di massaggi, di camino accesso, di passeggiate, di boschi, di baite, di pioggia.

Ho bisogno di piangere come una bambina, ho bisogno di una casa al mare per l’inverno, perché ho scoperto che la mia creatività con l’ambiente che mi circonda e proporzionale alla sua bellezza. Ho bisogno di un inizio che avrà una fine o di una fine che sarà un nuovo inizio. Ho bisogno di salvarmi, attraverso l’amore.

Ho smesso di fare degustazioni dei vini e del cibo, perché in passato mi ero resa conto che andarci non mi procurava più piacere, ero anestetizzata dalle persone, sempre le stesse e per lo più gente con cui non avrei condiviso neanche un calzino bucato, se mai fosse stato l’ultimo e ora ho bisogno di emozioni e quindi ho deciso di ponderarle, sceglierle e attenderle con estremo entusiasmo. Ho bisogno di bellezza che rassereni la mia turbinosa vita, che mi faccia fare pace con un mondo che non mi piace. In fin dei conti, pensandoci bene sono cose che vogliamo tutti.

Bisognerebbe scrivere, ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Con lo scriverle, ti accorgi che, le cose prendono forma più del solo pensarlo.

Inizia così la storia del progetto “BOLLLICINE”  (con 3 L!) un nuovo brand creato per riunire le eccellenze di tante piccole cantine di diverse regioni d’Italia e farle conoscere e apprezzare nel mondo.
Giallo paglierino con sfumature verdoline, un abbraccio di colori resi più intensi dal fine perlage che ritrovi danzante nel bicchiere. Una promessa che non viene disillusa, la freschezza la ritrovi in tutta la sua verticalità, quasi pungente. Al naso menta piperita, arancio, scorza di mandarino, mela Grenny Smith, e quel tocco di erbaceo e minerale leggero quasi timido, fa capolino. Al palato le promesse fatte precedentemente vengono mantenute, vino intelligente, la mineralità e la sapidità si sposano egregiamente con la morbidezza e la rotondità. Perfetto matrimonio di bevibilità. Un gusto smart e intrigante che sprona alla bevuta. Se avete bisogno anche voi del bello che rassereni l’impeto della vita sfrenata.. io ve lo consiglio.

Sommelier Ais, una vita sotto spirito. Mi mantengo giovane così. Ex Direttore redazionale di un giornale di enogastronomia, collaboratrice di giornali on line nella sezione wine e food. Ho un Supper Club a Roma “ Appartamento9” un progetto in cui credo molto. Perché condividere è la cosa più bella del mondo, soprattutto in compagnia di un buon piatto e di un grande vino. La passione per i cocktail. Faccio i mojito più buoni della capitale.
Un cambiamento repentino di vita, dove ho lasciato alle mie spalle 23 chili, molti nemici,  tantissime conoscenze  e ho tenuto stretto a me,  tutto  ciò che mia ha fatto diventare una donna migliore.
Sono stata la “EX PERFETTA”: ex adolescente,  ex stilista, ex ballerina,  ex tennista, ex fidanzata, ex compagna, ex fumatrice,  ex troppo buona.
Sono diventata un equilibrata sopra le righe, una single non per scelta, una sommelier  che  ama infinitamente il vino.  Lo ama nelle sue caratteristiche infinite, sempre alla ricerca di nuovi produttori.  Una runner, ma soprattutto, sono tornata ad essere felice. Qui inizia il mio  progetto di degustazioni private. Fatte nel mio appartamento, nella bella stagione sul terrazzo di casa, d’inverno ci si trasferisce dentro le  quattro mura. Un “Supper Club” dove il gusto è la parola d’ordine. Mi piace prendermi cura delle persone, e ho scoperto che attraverso il vino e il buon cibo ci  riesco pienamente.
Degustazioni fatte di max 6 persone, dove si mangia si beve e si parla di ciò che si vuole. Perché il vino è convivialità, amicizia, vecchia e nuova.
La casa è abitata da due gatti, se non ti piacciono gli animali, questa casa non fa per te.
Per tutti gli altri, questo è il mio  appartamento e tu sei il benvenuto.

    vorrei comprare un paio di bottiglie di spumante Charling in occasione degli 80 anni di mio suocero.
    Mi potrebbe gentilmente indicare un’enoteca a Roma che tiene il Charling (bolllicine)?
