Tomato Sauce First Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion 1 small clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons vergin olive oil 1 (14-1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Preparation
Saute the onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet until tender. Add the tomatoes, salt and parsley. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes or until desired consistency. Proceed with eggplant as above. |
