Tiramisu Dessert Ingredients
eggs, 5 or 6 yolks sugar, 4 or 5 spoon mascarpone cheese, 16 ounces (500 g) 30 or more italian savoiardi or toasted ladyfingers espresso, (or strong coffee) 1 cup (250 ml) cocoa powder, 2 tbs
Preparation
Beat yolks eggs and sugar untill sugar is dissolved. Add mascarpone cheese and three beated eggs white and mix softly. Dip half of the savoiardi in coffee (do not soak) and arrange in glass baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture over the savoiardi. Repeat with remaining savoiardi, and cheese mixture and cover the sides. Sprinkle with some cocoa powder cover and refrigerate.
