Tiramis? Dessert Ingredients for 2 persons
500 gr of mascarpone (cream cheese) 6 spoons of sugar 5 eggs 30 ?savoiardi? biscuits 12 little cups of coffee (three o four moka machines) 1 spoon of bitter cocoa in powder
Prepare the coffee with a quantity of water bigger than the usual (caff? lungo) let them cool; you will need the coffee to soak the ?savoiardi? biscuits and that?s why it mustn?t be hot Separate yolks from the albumens and beat them with the sugar until they become white. Add the mascarpone to this cream and to finish add two albumens whipped. Choose a glass bowl and alternate a layer of cream with one of ?savoiardi? after having soaked them for some seconds in the coffee. Finish the sequence with a layer of cream ed a dust of bitter cocoa powder. Leave it in the fridge two hours before serving.
