BACKSTREET BOYS SHOW ‘EM WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF, arrives in theaters in Rome and province

BACKSTREET BOYS SHOW -EM-WHAT-YOU-RE-MADE-OFON 14 AND 15 July 2015 ARRIVES IN ITALY “BACKSTREET BOYS SHOW ‘EM WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF” THE FILM CONCERT ON HIGHER BOY BAND EVER, THAT FROM 20 YEARS BEATS ALL RECORDS

Throughout their career, they sold over 130 million copies worldwide. Their album Millennium is even now the fourth best-selling of all time in the United States. Their single I Want It That Way has reached the top of the chart in more than 25 countries. Are the Backstreet Boys, just the greatest boy bands of all time, returning to impress their fans with an extraordinary concert film.

A gift for all fans, BACKSTREET BOYS SHOW ‘EM WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF, leaving only the 14 and 15 July2015  distributed by Microcinema, it is a sincere portrait, which takes us through the ups and downs of their life (including the relationship with their former manager, Lou Pearlman, jailed for fraud), until, in 2012, shortly after his return to the band of Kevin Richardson, went to London to compose a new album, make this movie and plan tour of their twentieth anniversary. BACKSTREET BOYS SHOW ‘EM WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF allows us to attend an extraordinary acoustic performance of the band, recorded live at the Dominion Theatre in London on February 26. Live and in front of 2,000 enthusiastic fans, the band performed some of their best loved songs, as I Want It That Way, As Long As You Love Me, Shape Of My Heart, Show ‘Em (What You’re Made Of ) and In A World Like This.

And if their past is glorious, this shows that the group still levies a huge success. Just remember that their American tour “NKOTBSB”, which was held in 2011, has sold 700,000 tickets. And their latest album, In a World Like This, released in 2013, entered the top ten best-selling albums of Billboard. Moreover, considering all the major social media (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), the group boasts about 14 million fans, while their videos have been viewed over 400 million times on major online platforms, beginning YouTube. A successful consecrated also from a recognition touched a few artists: a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which was awarded to the band 22 April 2013.

Director Stephen Kijak perfectly sums up the group and the spirit, when he says “what I found working with them – and legions of fans of BSB worldwide have always known – is that these guys sing very well. And now, after the splendor of the golden age have passed, still they do what they once did because they love their work, they are very good and their fans love them. And they love the fans. This reciprocal relationship is extraordinary. When we shot the film’s end, at a concert in Toronto for the tour of their twenty years of career, the screams coming from the building – obviously sold out – I was almost lifted in the air. E ‘was awesome. And, of course, they have returned and gave birth to an extraordinary show. ”
