El Chiringuito libre è semplicemente un vero chiosco, un baretto, una sorta di edicola che si trova nel piccolo parco rettangolare che affaccia su via Ostiense all’altezza della metro San Paolo, proprio davanti alla Basilica. I prezzi delle consumazioni sono buoni, come le persone che lo frequentano.

L’accesso è sempre libero, e ogni tardo pomeriggio troverete una nuova iniziativa. Possiamo definirlo un “locale all’aperto” che si apre in un giardino collettivo.

Il bello del posto è che è un luogo fuori dalle regole con un via vai di giovani ,  ragazzini e quarantenni seduti spesso agli stessi tavoli, che sorseggiano ottime birre in bottiglia, cocktail come mojito ma anche un amaro. E’ cosi’ frequentato perche’ propone a prezzi onesti, nel segno di una socialità di quartiere ormai sempre piu’ rara a Roma.

Il chiosco si trova esattamente nel parco proprio vicino alla fermata della Metro San Paolo Basilica.
Frequentato da studenti universitari e giovani del quartiere  è da qualche tempo diventato un ritrovo abituale.

Normalmente è chiuso la domenica e la mattina siamo soliti passare per la colazione al bar, la sera invece è frequentato per l’aperitivo dato che  vende diversi tipi birra , dalle  tradizionali alle artigianali, e serve anche ottimi cocktails ad un buon prezzo.

Se lo cercate non farete molta fatica, data la grande quantità di persone che lo frequenta la sera, soprattutto nel fine settimana.

2. Dibattiti e tavole rotonde dedicate a temi di rilevanza sociale con associazioni specializzate ed esperti.
3. Una programmazione selezionata di musica dal vivo.

Nel suo insieme, il Festival Park si fonderà su di un’estesa partnership tra alcune delle più importanti organizzazioni e associazioni romane, diventando esso stesso un simbolo di collaborazione e condivisione in quanto punto d’incontro di realtà diverse ed estese su tutto il territorio.
