Quando i loro denti sono in crescita e ancora da completarsi, i piccoli  hanno bisogno di latte fino a quando loro ghiandole per il lattosio diventano inattive. Pertanto, per lo stesso motivo gli adulti non possono digerire il latte molto bene ed pare essere questa è la causa di molti problemi digestivi e di allergie che compaiono negli adulti che bevono latte.

Il problema di omogeneizzazione

Perché il latte di vacca non è buono per noi?
