I suoi lavori mostrano una certa disinvoltura nell’impiego di diverse tecniche, come la pittura, vinilico su lino, la fotografia, digitale, i gioielli sculture a cera persa, Trompe-l’oeil e murales che insieme concorrono al rivelarsi dell’anima, della mente e dell’umanità.
Come dipinge lei, solo chi riesce ad ammirare le sue opere e la conosce bene lo sa. Esprime dal profondo della sua anima sensibile dei lavori concettuali di grande forza. Indaga nel nostro io, personaggi e ombre sono fondamentali nella fotografia come nella pittura. Questa umanità dai bambini, persone, paesaggi, passanti…tutti visti da una originale prospettiva…dall’alto.

    –    Come inizia il tuo percorso artistico?
Scatta da alcune pennellate di colore contrastato imparando al tecnica dell’affresco, mia madre è una brava pittrice e questo ha sempre suscitato soggezione in me e non mi sono mai ‘permessa’ di dipingere arte finché ho sentito una necessità da cui non potevo più fuggire, mentre facevo un affresco

    –    Come ti trovi meglio ad esprimerti? quanta importanza è la manualità e attraverso quali materiali?
            Le mie mani sono l’estensione diretta del mio sentire

    –    Nel tuo percorso artistico elabori uno stile tutto personale, l’umanità esce in tutte le tue opere, quanto è importate e come?
            La relazione intima tra le persone di qualunque età e gender

    –    Continui a sperimentare, parliamo delle tue tecniche?
La tecnica è sempre la stessa secco e acquarello alternati

    –    Visioni dall’alto…in una continua ricerca?

    –    La pittura su tela di lino, spiegaci come realizzi una tua opera? E I tuoi ultimi lavori?
La tela è sempre di lino grezzo la più spessa che trovo ed anche la più costosa, preparata da me non uso tele già preparate, non faccio mai un bozzetto disegno direttamente sulla tela preparata, a volte dopo una mano di fondo colorato a volte no, poi stratifico

    –    Lo spazio fisico ed espositivo per te è determinante o no? Può uno spazio circostante influenzare l’opera e la sua definizione?
Si certo è molto importante

    –    Cosa vorresti lasciare come emozione al tuo pubblico?
L’emozione e basta, ad ognuno la libertà di provare la propria

Un po’ di riposo e poi si riparte in Europa con il gioiello

Robin-ClericiRobin Clerici si è diplomata all’Accademia di Moda e Costume. Espone del 1996 e le sue opere fanno parte di collezioni private e pubbliche in Italia e all’estero. Ha realizzato il design di costumi teatrali e film (1983-1991, come assistente del Premio Oscar Franca Squarciapino per i teatri di Parigi, Lione, Glascow, Londra, Berlino, New York, Milano e Roma), è stata la stilista e designer di scarpe di alta moda per “Albanese di Roma” (198-1988). Esegue lavori di “Trompe-l’oeil” e murales per importanti luoghi privati ed uffici in Italia ed all’estero. Ha studiato le tecniche dell’affresco e del mosaico ed affronta allo stesso tempo la pittura, la fotografia e l’arte digitale. Si dedica alla creazione di gioielli-scultura realizzati con la tecnica della cera persa.

Le opere presentate a Roma nello Spazio Menexa sono una serie di dipinti, sei quadri, pittura acrilica su tela di lino, due di grandi dimensioni, di forte densità materica, dove viene interpretato il tema dell’aggregazione silenziosa andando ad esplorare nell’intimo dello spettatore e rivelando emozioni che possono essere contrastanti da persona a persona.
