Vignaioli_di_Langa_e_PiemonteSabato 14 novembre 2015, con estremo entusiasmo, ho partecipato all’evento di Tiziana Gallo “Vignaioli di Langa e Piemonte” al The Westin Excelsior Rome, evento che attendevo da un po’. Vuoi per le cantine eccellenti presenti, vuoi perché molti dei vignaioli che erano ai banchi di assaggio sono amici di lunga data e non vedevo l’ora di riabbracciarli e di assaggiare le nuove vendemmie, sia perché ero curiosa di conoscerne di nuove e di incontrare i vigneron con i quali avevo scambiato in passato solo pochi e sporadici messaggi sui social.

Vignaioli_Enrico_Cauda_Cantina_FornaceUna di queste Cascina Fornace e l’eclettico Enrico Cauda. Presente al banco di assaggio con i suoi 4 vini: Desaja 2014 un 100% Arneis, un vino che avrebbe dovuto chiamarsi Roero Arneis DOCG, ma avendo subito una leggera macerazione sulle bucce e acquisito dopo questa, un leggero colore dorato, la commissione per le assegnazioni delle DOCG ha ritenuto un colore non valido rispetto alla disciplinare, pertanto sarà vino bianco Desaja. Roero Arneis DOCG 2013 100% Arneis, Viscà 2014 100% nebbiolo. Roero DOCG 2012 NEBBIOLO 100%.
Non so spiegare cosa mi lega ad un vino, di certo alcuni lasciano il segno dopo la bevuta, altri ricordano un momento particolare della mia vita e del momento in cui sono stati assaggiati, altri rimangono fermi nel cuore, non solo per le emozioni che la bevuta regala, ma anche per le persone che lo hanno costruito, elaborato e sudato.
Così porterò nel cuore i vini di Cantina Fornace. Vini fatti con estrema sapienza, le mani di Enrico dimostrano quanto lavoro e fatica dietro un vino e dovremmo ricordarlo sempre. Dovremmo ogni volta che si fa un brindisi anche brindare a chi ci ha dato la possibilità di farlo con quel bicchiere. Ps (Poi lui è fighissimo, lasciatevelo dire).

Vignaioli_Federico_Oberto_Società_agricola_TrediberriHo rincontrato il grande uomo Federico Oberto della Società Agricola Trediberri , un uomo, che quando ti guarda ti racconta il suo mondo, fatto di grande lavoro, i suoi occhi rappresentano perfettamente la sua schiettezza e l’amore per la sua terra. Ogni volta che lo abbraccio, lo saluto e bevo i suoi vini io mi sento a casa. In degustazione Langhe Sauvignon DOC 2014, Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2014, Barolo DOCG 2011.vini_Società_agricola_Trediberri_Vignaioli_di_langa_e_Piemonte_2015Vignaioli_Milena_Vajra_Vignaioli_di_Langa_e_Piemonte_2015Grande tuffo al cuore rivedere una delle donne del vino che stimo di più, Milena Vajra, della cantina G.D.Vajra.
Di lei stimo il suo sorriso, la sua gentilezza e il suo modo di fare estremamente gentile, tanto da farmi ricordare di quanto importante è amare quello che si fa. Donna dal fascino imponente, carismatico che in poche persone riconosco. Una donna che terrebbe sotto scacco ammaliati dal suo parlare, intere platee e non ti stancheresti mai di ascoltare cosa ha da raccontare dei suoi “Stratosferici vini” pluripremiati.Vini_Arpepe_vignaioli_di_Langa_e_Piemonte_2015Alla manifestazione erano presenti anche gioielli di altre regioni che hanno in comune la produzione di vini a base nebbiolo come ARPEPE. Vini che non deludono mai. Una sola parola: eccellenti.

Rocco Carpeneto.Cantina che mi ha convinto in pieno e che rappresenta una delle massime espressioni della nuova onda dei vini dell’alto Monferrato Ovadese.

Con il suo Rataraura 2013 Barbera Monferrato Superiore DOCG, posso dirlo, mi ha incantato.

Mattia_Antoniotti_Vignaioli_di_Langa_e_Piemonte_2015Vale la pena citare anche il Bramaterra DOC 2011 dell’ Azienda Agricola Antoniotti. Ragazzo giovanissimo, sorridente e allegro Mattia Antoniotti che insieme ad Odilio gestiscono questa azienda vitivinicola, Piccole note su questa DOC: il Bramaterra è una piccola DOC che comprende sette comuni: Brusnengo, Curino, Masserano, Sostegno e Villa del Bosco nel Biellese, Lozzolo e Roasio nel Vercellese. Pochissimi i vignerons che ancora la producono, veniva chiamato “Vino dei Canonici” in quanto era particolarmente gradito dalla curia vercellese. L’azienda Antoniotti coltiva cinque ettari di Spanna (Nebbiolo), Croatina, Vespolina e Uva Rara (Bonarda Novarese).

Un moscato differente, inusuale, tanto da poterlo bere anche con piatti quale un formaggio o un primo piatto leggero, ieri io lo avrei abbinato ad una tartare di baccalà.

Non nascondo che sono rimasta anche affascinata dal loro Vermouth.

E’ stata una giornata fantastica, piena di assaggi interessanti, di novità, di amici. Una di quelle degustazioni che meritano la partecipazione di appassionati, giornalisti e persone del settore.

Eventi dove si ha la possibilità di bere vini che hanno spessore nel mondo enoico nazionale ed internazionale. Poi le scoperte di nuove aziende con dei grandi vini ti fa ancor di più apprezzare questo appuntamento. Eccellente organizzazione. Per la fame ci ha pensato DOL che con formaggi e salumi ha dato a gli ospiti la possibilità di abbinare in maniera smart e veloce i calici che si degustavano con cibo di estremo pregio.

Appuntamento al prossimo anno. Impossibile mancare.

Ho un Supper Club a Roma “ Appartamento9” un progetto in cui credo molto. Perché condividere è la cosa più bella del mondo, soprattutto in compagnia di un buon piatto e di un grande vino. La passione per i cocktail. Faccio i mojito più buoni della capitale.
Un cambiamento repentino di vita, dove ho lasciato alle mie spalle 23 chili, molti nemici,  tantissime conoscenze  e ho tenuto stretto a me,  tutto  ciò che mia ha fatto diventare una donna migliore.
Sono stata la “EX PERFETTA”: ex adolescente,  ex stilista, ex ballerina,  ex tennista, ex fidanzata, ex compagna, ex fumatrice,  ex troppo buona.
Sono diventata un equilibrata sopra le righe, una single non per scelta, una sommelier  che  ama infinitamente il vino.  Lo ama nelle sue caratteristiche infinite, sempre alla ricerca di nuovi produttori.  Una runner, ma soprattutto, sono tornata ad essere felice. Qui inizia il mio  progetto di degustazioni private. Fatte nel mio appartamento, nella bella stagione sul terrazzo di casa, d’inverno ci si trasferisce dentro le  quattro mura. Un “Supper Club” dove il gusto è la parola d’ordine. Mi piace prendermi cura delle persone, e ho scoperto che attraverso il vino e il buon cibo ci  riesco pienamente.
Degustazioni fatte di max 6 persone, dove si mangia si beve e si parla di ciò che si vuole. Perché il vino è convivialità, amicizia, vecchia e nuova.
La casa è abitata da due gatti, se non ti piacciono gli animali, questa casa non fa per te.
Per tutti gli altri, questo è il mio  appartamento e tu sei il benvenuto.
