L’alta moda incontra il mondo della magia grazie alle Winx: dopo la Milano Fashion Week, il 20 ottobre le fate più famose del piccolo schermo, fiore all’occhiello del Made in Italy in tutto il mondo, sono atterrate sul red carpet dell’attesissima Festa del Cinema di Roma, quest’anno alla sua 17° edizione. Per la prima volta hanno sfilato i sei abiti haute couture ispirati ad ogni singola Winx, creati grazie alla straordinaria collaborazione che ha visto protagonisti, per la speciale occasione dei 18 anni di Winx Club, gli studenti di Ferrari Fashion School, supportati dalle giovani stiliste gemelle del brand Feleppa, Francesca e Veronica Feleppa.

Ad accompagnare i preziosi outfit sul red carpet della Festa del Cinema il “papà” delle Winx in persona: Sono davvero entusiasta di festeggiare i primi 18 anni delle mie fate con tante iniziative straordinarie come questa, e con un pubblico così affiatato e variegato, che ha dimostrato anno dopo anno la capacità del brand di abbattere ogni barriera e farsi portavoce dei sogni di molti. Le Winx sono riuscite a volare così lontano grazie a una community di fan globale, appassionata e fidelizzata, alla quale siamo immensamente grati e a cui dedicheremo tante belle novità in arrivo.”

Il fenomeno globale Winx Club, simbolo della cultura pop capace di appassionare intere generazioni, grazie a questo ambizioso progetto è divenuto così anche ispirazione per nuove voci nel mondo della moda. Gli studenti di Ferrari Fashion School hanno dato prova della loro grande professionalità e competenza, analizzando nel dettaglio le personalità, lo stile e i tratti distintivi di ciascuna delle sei eroine, per dare vita a dei veri e propri abiti di alta moda contraddistinti dalla massima cura nella scelta dei materiali e attenzione ai dettagli, trascinando così gli spettatori nell’universo delle icone di stile dello Winx Club.

Gli studenti vincitori si sono distinti all’interno del percorso formativo riuscendo a cogliere appieno l’anima e la personalità delle Winx e traducendole in outfit davvero magici. Vittorio Alessi e Miriam Pellegrin sono gli stilisti che hanno creato gli outfit di Tecna, Musa e Bloom. Valentina Lacatena, Marika Caramia e Rosalba Andolfi sono le creatrici dello stile di Aisha, mentre Stella e Flora sono state create da Giada Dei Giudici.

Fiamme in organza cangiante contraddistinguono il look ispirato alla forza e tenacia di Bloom, tra ricami e inserti di plissé capaci di donare all’insieme forme inaspettate. La sicurezza e solarità di Stella sono serviti, invece, da ispirazione per un outfit che riprende le diverse nuances dell’arancio e del giallo, reso brillante da un tulle glitterato, aperto in una gonna in tulle con strascico, sormontata da una giacchina tempestata di cristalli e stelle. La timida Flora sembra totalmente immersa nella natura grazie al lungo abito verde a lei dedicato, di colore smeraldo, impreziosito da frange luccicanti e da un mantello in organza dalle forme fiabesche, ricamato con fiori dai colori tenui. Per Musa è stato realizzato un seducente abito d’ispirazione giapponese, in rosso moiré, al di sotto di un coprispalla di organza nera con ricami di note musicali. Ad Aisha è stato dedicato un outfit che ricorda i colori del mare: in questo caso, paillettes in argento arricchiscono una gonna fasciante in tulle, sormontata da un sopragonna in raso. Una tuta sui toni del viola, infine, riprende le caratteristiche di Tecna, caratterizzata da un corpetto nero glitterato con un doppio strato di tulle tempestato di paillettes. In vita, una cintura con Led multicolor.

Il progetto ha visto la speciale partecipazione del brand Feleppa, guidato dalle giovani sorelle gemelle stiliste Francesca e Veronica Feleppa. Le due stiliste hanno seguito in prima persona tutte le fasi di sviluppo creativo, supportando la creazione dei capi dal concept iniziale fino alla messa a punto degli outfit.

L’iniziativa ha come partner tecnico la storica azienda piemontese Montorfano, produttrice di tessuti pregiati per l’haute couture dal 1986, che ha svolto il meticoloso lavoro di ricerca e creazione dei preziosi tessuti degli abiti.

A supporto della fase di ricerca dei tessuti, hanno collaborato inoltre Tessitura Attilio Imperiali e Tessitura Serica A.M. Taborelli.

In 18 anni di avventure, le fatine nate dal genio visionario di Iginio Straffi sono cresciute insieme ai loro fan, che continuano a seguire le eroine della loro infanzia anche sulle piattaforme social. Le Winx sono oggi un fenomeno globale evergreen, capace di affrontare temi sempre attuali e interpretare i sogni e i bisogni del pubblico, abbracciando valori quali la diversità l’inclusività e superando ogni confine culturaleAmicizia, coraggio, impegno, generosità e positività: questo è il mix esplosivo ed essenziale di cui le magiche eroine create da Rainbow sono ambasciatrici fin da quando Winx Club entrò nelle case italiane per la prima volta, il 28 gennaio 2004. Da allora, le Winx hanno saputo reinventarsi e stare al passo con i tempi, se non perfino anticiparli: dai primi disegni a mano realizzati da Iginio Straffi fino all’animazione in 3D con effetti speciali di elevatissima qualità realizzati negli studi Rainbow CGI, Bloom, Stella, Flora, Aisha, Musa e Tecna sono oggi anche delle fate in carne e ossa grazie alla serie live action originale Netflix “Fate: The Winx Saga” prodotta in collaborazione con Rainbow. Una nuova e ambiziosa veste per un classico dell’animazione, che ha già riscosso enorme successo ed è già alla  sua seconda stagione, disponibile su Netflix dal 16 settembre 2022.
