Ingredients
  1. 4 medium red tomatoes
  2. ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  3. 1 cup mixed sprouts (radish, alfalfa hay or greek)
  4. ½ red onion
  5. ½ avocado pulp
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. ½ teaspoon sea salt
  8. Water q.s. (about ½ cup)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients, starting with tomatoes, so as to obtain a smooth cream.
  2. N.B. : Stir the water and salt little by little.
Notes
  1. Let me briefly flavor and serve, garnished with sprouts and possibly a few basil leaves.
