Ingredients
  1. 1 cup leek sprouts
  2. ½ celery, cut into pieces
  3. 2 tablespoons fresh dill or dried dill 1
  4. 1 Tazzapasta White Miso
  5. 2 zucchini pieces
  6. 2 cup lemon juice
  7. Pink salt q.s.
  8. 1 avocado, cut into pieces
  9. 2 cups of linseed oil
  10. 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  11. 1 tablespoon filtered water
  12. Paprika, parsley and leek sprouts for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, adding water to the right consistency. Serve in a bowl with sprouts, a sprinkling of paprika and parsley.
Notes
  1. The leek is a vegetable that belongs, along with onion and garlic, to the genus Allium, currently placed in family Amaryllidaceae, subfamily Allioideae.
  2. The Roman emperor Nero was dubbed "the porrofago" because he was fond of leeks that used in large quantities to clear his throat.
  3. The leek is the national symbol of Wales.
