Ingredients
  1. Spaghetti of spelled grains 400 gr
  2. figs 4
  3. nuts 10
  4. ginger to taste
  5. pennyroyal
  6. fennel seeds to taste
  7. Parmesan or pecorino
Instructions
  1. In a large pot mix the figs into small pieces and ground nuts coarsely. Add the fennel seeds, grated ginger, mint, fennel seeds and a part of the shoots. Keep some of the ingredients separately, to add to the end of cooking in every dish. When the pasta is cooked, add to the mixture a few tablespoons of hot water and cooking
  2. olive oil and mix together.
  3. Drain the pasta keeping it a bit 'wet and dress in the muffler. Serve in dishes by adding the ingredients required by, enough oil and grated cheese.
  4. Finally have other buds on top of the dish.
Notes
  1. Sprouts of hay greek have a high protein content (23%) and minerals (Ca, Fe, Mg, K, Na, P, Z). Possess the ability to promote digestion. They may have a different flavor if grown in direct light or not.
  2. The nutrients of seed increase significantly during the sprouting process also produces enzymes, substances which are alive and vital to digestion and metabolism.
