Mondiali di Calcio 2014 calendario e gemellaggio culinario Roma Brasile

Ma prima una curiosità gastronomica:
lo scorso anno a Roma è stato battezzato il gemellaggio tra due  ristoranti: la “Cantina c… que sabe!” del quartiere italiano di Bixiga di San Paolo del Brasile, e “Acchiappafantasmi” di Roma.

San Paolo del Brasile è la piu’ grande citta di Italiani al mondo, infatti vivono più italiani a San apaolo che a Roma. Le ultime stime parlano di 6 milioni di Residenti italiani a San Paolo contro meno di 4 Milioni di roma.

Le tradizioni spesso si intrecciano per scoprire nuove ricette e nuovi gusti , così è nata l’idea del gemellaggio alla riscoperta di una cooperazione e di un’amicizia tra italiani in patria e all’estero che “porterà certamente un valore aggiunto” ad entrambi.

La “Cantina c… que sabe!” a San Paolo do Brasil nasce nel 1931 ed è arrivato alla terza generazione ,  lo chef  Bruno Andrello Stippe, conosciuto in Brasile e tutto il Sud America ,p residente della Federazione Italiana Cuochi per il Brasile e sud amrica.

L’Acchiappafantasmi apre a Roma piu’ di 20 anni orsono; lo chef e  attuale patron è Salvatore Commisso.
