mangiare-sano_healthy-lifeLa salute è una delle più grandi benedizioni della vita ma purtroppo, come abbiamo visto nella storia, la maggior parte delle persone sono solite non prestare attenzione alla propria salute, tanto che si privano di molte gioie della vita.
Viviamo nel 21° secolo, abbiamo più informazioni rispetto alle epoche precedenti, e quindi non c’è più nessuna buona scusa per trascurare la salute.Ora abbiamo bisogno di fare qualcosa di veramente efficace, prima che diventi troppo tardi!
Tuttavia la scienza dell’essere umano è solo una goccia d’acqua nel mare, ma questa piccola conoscenza è preziosa tanto che le persone “sagge” non sono mai uguali a quelle “non sagge”!

La scelta di uno stile di vita per ognuno vien fatta a seconda del proprio parere e anche in relazione allle propria situazioni, ma per fortuna ciò che sarà raccontato in questo articolo sono proprio i 9 suggerimenti sempre molto efficaci e tanto semplici  che tutti su questo pianeta possono seguire !:

1. Lasciare abitudini dannose:
La prima raccomandazione è la  più importante. Per iniziare una vita sana si devono lasciare quelle abitudini che sappiamo danneggiarci, come ad esempio: fumare, bere alcolici, mangiare patatine fritte, pigrizia (inazione), dormire fino a tardi, avidità, ecc
Ognuno ha almeno una o alcune di queste cattive abitudini. Il modo migliore di agire è d’ iniziare a sostituire le cattive abitudini con quelle buone, tuttavia, potrebbe non essere sempre facile farlo.
Alcune buone abitudini sono:
Non mangiare se non hai fame
Non mangiare dopo le ore 21:00 (9:00 pm)
Bere un succo di frutta o verdura crudo (Raw) una volta al giorno

Una buona abitudine (come una dieta sana) è sicuramente necessaria, ma non basta da sola se abbiamo ancora in essere molte altre abitudini dannose.health-foods_heart_cibo-sano-Salute2. Non mangiare frutta dopo i pasti cotti!:
I frutti sono il cibo migliori per l’uomo, e non vi è alcun dubbio su i loro benefici vitali. Ma dobbiamo sapere che questi ottimi cibi possono trasformarsi in materiale inutile se li mangiamo con cibi cotti o immediatamente dopo di loro. Può causare fermentazione e putrefazione nello stomaco, che colpisce la fase di digestione.
I frutti sono facili da digerire e prendono poco tempo per passare dallo stomaco (in genere meno di 1 ora), per cui dovrebbero essere consumati con lo stomaco vuoto. Quando i frutti sono mangiati da soli, il vostro stomaco può facilmente elaborare tutti i nutrienti, fibre e zuccheri semplici contenuti nella frutta. Questo è l’ottimale ‘modo giusto’ per beneficiare del frutto.
Quando mangiamo un alimento complesso e grassi, ci vogliono diverse ore per digerire (molte volte più della frutta) e con questa situazione, mangiare la frutta assieme ad alimenti difficili da digerire ,o immediatamente dopo, causa difficoltà dato che la frutta temde a rimanere nello stomaco molto tempo più di ciò che si necessità come risultato, il frutto cosi’  fermenta e inizia a produrre diverse sostanze tossiche o addirittura velenonse come l’alcool, e puo’ quindi causare diversi problemi di digestione.

3. Una dieta sana, a basso contenuto di grassi e senza sale (o basso contenuto di sodio):
L’importanza della nutrizione nella salute della persona e della società è oramai molto chiaro a tutti.
Quasi i tutti i cibi preparati dall’uomo sono di solito denaturati, quindi è molto importante prestarne attenzione  proprio per la salute.
I due grandi problemi comuni nella preparazione di prodotti alimentari sono:
Usare troppo salte
Usare troppo grasso
Questi due errori sono molto dannosi. Altri alimenti che minacciano la nostra salute sono:
Pane bianco (il peggiore cibo spazzatura in questo pianeta!)
Zucchero artificiale bianco
Soda e bibite gassate
L’alcol in qualsiasi forma (vino, birra, whisky, ecc)
Patatine Fritte

Si tratta di cibi spazzatura malsani che le persone usano al posto degli alimenti naturali di umani (frutta, verdura, semi e noci). Quindi il primo passo per risolvere questo problema è alternare con scelte più sane, per esempio, eliminando tutti i dolci artificiali e l’utilizzare frutta e dolcificanti naturali (come lo sciroppo d’uva al posto dello zucchero bianco). Ogni cambiamento in positivo nella nostra dieta può aiutarci molto.
La riduzione del sale (cloruro di sodio), per quanto possibile ,è uno dei più importanti cambiamenti nella dieta, perché questa sostanza ha la funzione  solo di rendere apparentemente i cibi più saporiti, non solo non è utile per il corpo, ma può anche causare diverse malattie come l’ipertensione , danneggiamento del fegato, cattivo assorbimento di calcio e osteoporosi, danni a capelli e lo stress.
Fortunatamente con altre spezie a base di erbe che sono aromatiche e gustosa, siamo in grado di eliminare il sale dalla maggior parte dei cibi cotti, pur mantenedole gustoso. Anche se ci sono alcune erbe che hanno un sapore salato e sono quindi ricche di sodio, come il sedano secco e Salicornia. Quindi, non è molto difficile  ridurre / eliminare il sale dalla dieta.

4. Frutta digiuno, almeno un giorno in una settimana:
L’Umana è frugivoro come le prova la sua anatomia, quindi la frutta e la verdura sono la base della nutrizione naturale per l’uomo. Ortaggi, legumi, semi e noci sono quindi molto utili per l’uomo.
Se avete scelto una dieta fatta prevalentemente di cibi crudi, Congratulazioni! Si può ancora godere a pieno dei benefici di nutrizione naturale con almeno un giorno di frutta digiuno ogni settimana. Questo digiuno di frutta può anche aiutare a gestire il vostro tempo molto meglio di prima, perché non c’è bisogno di perdere ore per cucinare! E questo è ancora più importante quando si va in luoghi naturali e volete godervi il vostro viaggio.

5. Il consumo di alimenti freschi il più possibile:
La freschezza è il segreto della salute! Ogni cibo è esposto all’ossidazione, putrefazione e crescita di funghi microscopici se rimane per lungo tempo. Verdure e frutta  secchi  però mantengono un alto valore nutrizionale (soprattutto in confronto con il cibo cotto), ma i cibi freschi sono sempre molto meglio. Quindi, cercare di godere di frutta e verdura fresca, per quanto possibile. Alimenti secchi possono essere utili quando non abbiamo accesso agli alimenti freschi.

Passeggiare_Walking_Salute6. Passeggiare e fare esercizio fisico in un ambiente pulito:
Eì impossibile avere una vita sana, senza fare abbastanza esercizio fisico. Camminare è uno dei migliori esercizi per chiunque. Ma l’esercizio in una grande città inquinata non è una buona idea! Così per l’esercizio, dovremmo scegliere ambienti puliti e tranquilli (dove regna la calma), come parchi e ambienti naturali, che hanno abbastanza ossigeno.

7. Digiuno naturale:
Il digiuno è una pratica naturale tra tutti gli animali. In natura, a volte, in alcune stagioni vi è la mancanza di cibi in modo che tutti gli animali hanno dovuto adattatiarsi a tali difficoltà. Alcuni animali vanno in letargo, che è un digiuno e un vero e proprio lungo riposo per il corpo. Alcuni animali smettono di mangiare in determinate situazioni, ad esempio quando si ammalano. Potreste aver visto un gatto o un cane (o qualsiasi altro animale) sdraiarsi e rifiutare il cibo in caso di malattia. Il digiuno è semplicemente il modo naturale di permettere all’organismo le migliori condizioni possibili in cui purificare e guarire da solo.
Tranne le donne incinte, i bambini e le persone con carenze nutrizionali estreme, il resto delle persone può digiunare almeno per un breve periodo di tempo. Un breve digiuno con acqua potrebbe essere molto utile per il corpo che, naturalmente, ha bisogno di acqua pura. Se non si è fatto già il digiuno, si consiglia di consultare un supervisore esperto di digiuno.

8. Senza glutine:
Il glutine è una proteina inutile per il corpo umano. Questa proteina è come una colla, (da cui il nome) glutine responsabile delle proprietà viscoelastiche della pasta. Grano, farro, segale e orzo contengono glutine.
Il glutine è probabilmente dannoso per la maggior parte delle persone, non solo quelli con celiachia diagnosticata o sensibilità al glutine. Il glutine causa problemi producendo troppo muco nel corpo che è dannoso e fastidioso per il corpo stesso. L’unico modo per sapere veramente se siete sensibili al glutine è quello di eliminare il glutine dalla dieta per 30 giorni e poi reintrodurla e vedere se vi interessa.
Il sistema immunitario del nostro tratto digestivo “attaccha” la proteina glutine. Questo significa che non è un elemento necessario al nostro organismo.
Mangiare senza glutine è molto facile con la grande diversità cibo che abbiamo a disposizione. Ora ci sono tante buone ricette senza glutine, che ha reso molto facile vivere senza glutine.

9. Sii felice !:
Niente potrebbe essere più importante della felicità. La salute non può essere completata senza felicità. Anche alcune ricerche e gli studi hanno sostenuto che la vostra situazione mentale ei vostri pensieri possono influenzare il DNA.
Quindi, essere felici è almeno tanto importante quanto ciò che si mangia. Quindi, non dimenticate di cercare il più possibile di essere felici!
