From Friday 6 to Saturday, June 21, 2014, Rome became the theater culinary excellence, opens the eleventh edition of the event which is home to 500 companies and national and international top chefs within the reach of all enthusiasts.

A must for all “taste experts” and wine & food lovers, Space Taste of Vinòforum spread over a village 10.000, which last year received around 44,000 visitors and that for the 11th edition in Serbia has great news.
The international haute cuisine will meet excellence in wine cellars Chef, which this year will see the participation of 16 between Italian and foreign chefs paired with many renowned wineries. Each meeting will be an opportunity to taste and learn about wine selections of the highest quality and unrepeatable attend food shows where experts will offer their protagonists dishes designed for the specific labels.
Within the space of Taste of Vinòforum not miss a large space dedicated to gastronomic specialties in which artisans and manufacturers will present to a wider audience of enthusiasts the quality of their products; a cigar room for the study of the techniques of tasting paired with fine spirits and champagne and a business lounge for business meetings.

Opening Hours: from 19.00 , closing at 24.00, except for the days of Friday and Saturday when the closing and postponed to 01.00.;
The ticket includes glass, bag and a book of No. 10 wine tastings valid for the entire village except for areas with restricted access, and the ability to freely participate in the events scheduled by reservation (subject to availability)

TASTING DINNER
The cost to attend the dinner with wine starts at € 40 and includes access to Vinòforum choice for the evening; the only ticket to access Vinòforum does not include access to wineries Chef.
As of June 6, 2014, every evening at 21:00, one of the internationally renowned chefs prepare dishes to enhance the wine cellar which was matched; 3 wines can be tasted together with 3-course tasting menu while you attend demonstrations of great chefs of Italian and international cuisine.
Friday, June 6th, 2014 the chef Pino Tinari, 1 Michelin star cook a dish inspired by the light of Frescobaldi wine.
Saturday, June 7, 2014 the chef Maria Probst, 1 Michelin star, will prepare a dish paired with Thienot.
Sunday, June 8, 2014 the chef will cook fish Norwegian Norwegian Frode Selvaag combining it with Sicilian wines Firriato.
Monday, June 9th, 2014 Marianne Vitale, 1 Michelin star, will propose a pairing with the Pommery.
Tuesday, June 10, 2014 Mauro Uliassi, 2 Michelin stars, will cook based Perrier Jouet.
