Ready, focus, start: school learning has never been so exciting! After the success and the boom of accessions last year, the new season of High School Game is back: the most famous live and digital National Teaching Competition in Italy reaches its eighth edition and opens enrollment in high schools and colleges.
Last year, the contest was an unprecedented success, with record numbers: 150,000 students from 500 schools joined the project and 55 Italian provinces were involved.
High School Game is in step with the times! In fact, the project looks to the future by promoting a process of gamification in schools through the use of interactive learning tools and methods, enhancing new approaches to make study also a fun. The undisputed protagonists of the contest will be, as always, the many students who will compete in digital live quizzes through the App and thanks to sophisticated technologies on educational topics, civic education and ethics. They will measure their skills and knowledge with the right team spirit for a healthy competition.
The themes on which the challenges will focus are: road safety, cyberbullying, environmental education, business English, sustainability, welfare and health, nutrition education, science and aerospace technologies.
The competition is promoted by Planet Multimedia Srl, a leader in the edutainment and entertainment sector which, using the WiContest.com platform and basing its activity on the combination of creativity and innovation, realizes cultural and entertainment projects. The schools that get the best results from the various competitions will win a 4-day trip to Barcelona, scholarships offered by several universities, Business English courses.
High School Game enjoys numerous partnerships: Grimaldi Lines, Anas, Connect4Climate of the World Bank and many Italian universities. On the occasion of the Semifinals and Final of the Competition, the participation of the Traffic Police is expected to raise awareness among young people on safe driving and compliance with the Highway Code.
