Saturday, June 24, 2017 is the 3rd World Yoga Day to be held at the Indian Embassy in Rome
Yoga enthusiasts are all invited this Saturday, June 24, at 6.30 pm on World Yoga Day, which will be held at the Indian Embassy, Via September 20, 5, at the conference room located on the 2nd Floor.
The program provides a conference on Connections between Medical Science, Meditation and Yoga for the Treatment and Prevention of Psychophysical Diseases and Stress. There will also be a beautiful meditation with live Indian music and many other surprises. An interesting event to spend a different evening on a special day where the importance of Yoga is celebrated all over the world.
The previous days
– Wednesday 22 June 2017, from 19.00 to 20.30 there will be a unique yoga lesson on “Yoga, Total Well Being” on the terrace of the Embassy held by Srī Vaha Viranātha Yogī with the collaboration of Marco Mattiuzzo.
– The Yoga lesson is preceded from 6 pm to 7 pm by a conference on “Stress, Yoga and Ayurveda” by Dr. Nancy Myladoor and presentation of the book “Yoga and Stress” by Ananda Balayogi Bavanani (Laksmi Edizioni) by ‘Italian Hindu Union. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 Srī Jayendranātha will lead an Open Class, open all-day lesson from 18:45 to 20:45.
Thursday, June 22, all the lessons scheduled on Thursday will be suspended to allow all students to attend events at the Embassy of India.
