Sabato 24 Giugno 2017 è  la Terza Giornata Mondiale dello Yoga che si terrà all’Ambasciata Indiana di Roma

Gli appassionati di Yoga sono tutti invitati questo sabato 24 giugno, alle 18.30 alla Giornata Mondiale dello Yoga, che si terrà presso l’ambasciata indiana, Via 20 Settembre 5, presso la sala conferenze si trova al 2° Piano.

Il programma prevede una conferenza sulle connessioni tra la Scienza Medica, la meditazione e lo yoga per la cura e la prevenzione delle malattie psicofisiche e lo stress. Ci sarà anche una bellissima meditazione con musica indiana dal vivo e tante altre sorprese. Interessante evento per trascorrere una serata diversa, in un giorno speciale, nel quale in tutto il mondo si celebra l’importanza dello Yoga.

I giorni precedenti
-giovedì 22 giugno 2017 dalle 19.00 alle 20.30 si svolgerà una lezione unica di yoga su “Yoga, Benessere Totale” presso la terrazza dell’Ambasciata tenuta da Srī Vaha Viranātha Yogī con la collaborazione di Marco Mattiuzzo.

-la lezione di yoga è preceduta dalle 18.00 alle 19.00 da una conferenza su “Stress, Yoga e Ayurveda” a cura della Dott.ssa Nancy Myladoor e presentazione del libro “Yoga e Stress” di Ananda Balayogi Bavanani (Laksmi Edizioni) a cura dell’Unione Induista Italiana. Gli allievi sono invitati a inviare le adesioni alla mail della segreteria (info@induyoga.org) entro il 20 giugno 2017 ;

Il corso è proposto dall’Unione Induista Italiana, ente accreditato dal Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione per la formazione del personale della scuola – decreto prot. n. AOODPIT. 852 del 30/07/2015.

Svamiji Yogananda Giri, fondatore e Maestro spirituale del Matha Gitananda Ashram, è il discepolo diretto e unico samnyasin di Svami Gitananda Giri.
Dr. Svami Gitananda Giri (Ananda Ashram, India) era considerato una delle massime autorità mondiali nel campo dello yoga e del Tantra.
La tradizione dei siddha del sud India è oggi pienamente espressa e rappresentata da Svami Yogananda Giri.
Paramahamsa Svamiji Yogananda Giri ha iniziato la pratica dello yoga negli anni 50.
Dopo circa un ventennio di esperienze di vari sistemi e metodiche, negli anni 70 ha incontrato il suo Guru Puja Svami Gitananda Giri Maharaji.
Questo incontro ha trasformato completamente la sua vita.

Mercoledì 21 giugno 2017 Srī Jayendranātha condurrà una Open Class, lezione aperta a tutti di 2 ore dalle 18.45 alle 20.45 .
giovedì 22 giugno vengono sospese TUTTE le lezioni previste da calendario del giovedì per permettere a tutti gli allievi di partecipare agli eventi presso l’Ambasciata dell’India.

Manifestazioni presso dell’Auditorium Parco della Musica (viale Pietro de Coubertin 30):

il 20 giugno 2017 pomeriggio due eventi:

-dalle ore 18.00: sessione aperta di yoga al quale partecipa l’Unione Induista Italiana organizzata dall’Ambasciata dell’India presso i Giardini pensili dell’Auditorium. Le pratiche di prānāyāma saranno condotte da Shivaraja e Marco Mattiuzzo. Munirsi di tappetino e abbigliamento adeguato. Si raccomanda di indossare una maglietta bianca oppure la maglietta dello Yoga Day distribuita l’anno scorso. Ingresso libero.

-ore 21.00: spettacolo di danza tradizionale indiana in stile Kuchipudi che si terrà presso l’Auditorium dove si esibirà la celebre danzatrice Shantala Shivalingappa accompagnata da musicisti indiani.

Palazzo Rospigliosi di Zagarolo:

24 giugno 2017 ore 21 lo spettacolo “Marga” di danza tradizionale indiana in stile Kuchipudi e Baratanatyam dove si esibiranno Atmananda del Gitananda Ashram e Marianna Biadene presso il Palazzo Rospigliosi di Zagarolo.
