CasermArcheologica sabato 21 gennaio 2023, alle ore 18:00, presenta nella sua sede di Sansepolcro, la mostra internazionale “APPUNTI SU QUESTO TEMPO”, con opere di ventiquattro artisti attivi sulla scena contemporanea e provenienti da diversi Paesi del mondo.
Il progetto espositivo presenta i lavori di Luciana Aironi, Rufina Bazlova e Sofia Tocar (Collettivo STITCHIT), Manuela Bieri, Tanja Boukal, Beryl Cameron, Susanna Cati, Cenzo Cocca, Loredana Galante, Anneke Klein, Alicja Kozlowska, Christelle Lacombe, Linda Lasson, Katrina Leitena, Clara Luiselli, Ilaria Margutti, Laura Mega, Lucia Bubilda Nanni, Maria Ortega Galvez, Sonia Piscicelli IZN, Francesca Rossello, Du Songyi, Beatrice Speranza, Litli Ulfur, Melissa Zexter

LA MOSTRA
È il ricamo linguaggio espressivo dell’arte la cifra comune a tutte le opere in mostra.
A lungo considerato arte minore, pratica artigianale, o passatempo per signorine della buona società, il Ricamo ha rappresentato per secoli l’unico medium possibile per dar voce a istanze personali o collettive in mancanza di altri mezzi di comunicazione oltre che, e non raramente, l’unica possibilità di concretizzare la propria operosità creativa, per generazioni di donne. Questa elasticità lo rende ancora oggi adatto a un’immersione nel quotidiano di cui indaga la dimensione domestica quanto quella pubblica, trasformandosi in una grammatica alternativa per raccontare il presente.
Nel suo saggio I fili della vita, Clare Hunter ne ha tracciato un ampio excursus storico partendo dall’arazzo di Bayex, passando per Maria Stuarda regina di Scozia, fino agli scialli delle madri di Plaza de Mayo o alle arpilleras di denuncia del regime cileno, testimoniando come esso sia stato trasversale a tutte le classi sociali, in tempi e latitudini diverse e evidenziandone la cifra comunicativa e celebrativa, la sua funzione narrativa, divulgativa finanche terapeutica.
Da queste premesse è nata questa mostra che, come recita il titolo, è un’esplorazione del nostro tempo, delle sue contraddizioni, delle sue vittorie e sconfitte; un racconto affidato ad ago e filo e restituito all’osservatore attraverso il talento di artisti impegnati a indagarne luci e ombre, ad affrontarne le sfide e a leggerne le nuances. Il ricamo diventa, punto dopo punto, il lessico che dà voce alla contemporaneità da un punto di vista esterno alla realtà attorno a noi.

LA SEDE
CasermArcheologica, condotta da donne amanti dell’arte in ogni sua forma espressiva, è stata generata nel 2013, e si presenta come percorso di rigenerazione urbana a base culturale e di riqualificazione dell’ex Caserma dei Carabinieri di Sansepolcro (AR) all’interno di Palazzo Muglioni, edificio nobiliare nel centro storico di Sansepolcro.
Lo spazio è dedicato all’arte contemporanea, alle residenze artistiche, alla formazione artistica, umanistica e scientifica e si offre luogo di partecipazione di cittadinanza attiva. Ha ospitato e promosso il lavoro di artisti nazionali e internazionali, ha partecipato alla Biennale di Architettura di Venezia 2018.

IL PROGETTO ERASMUS+ C6
C6 – Creativity, Culture and Collaboration to Combat Climate Change è il programma Erasmus+ della durata di due anni in cui è impegnata l’Associazione CasermArcheologica, insieme ad altri cinque partner europei come Norsk klimanettverk (Norvegia), People Of 2050 (Danimarca), SixtyEight Art Institute (Danimarca), Earthbanc (Svezia) e Worldview Impact Foundation (Inghilterra), con il coordinamento dell’agenzia di consulenza e fundraising BASE3.

Angelo Rizzoli in Rizzoli Audiovisivi Ltd. Cristiana è incline all'eleganza di sostanza e forma, alla mistica legge e, all'ironia .
