Now, after the extraordinary success of the concert Hungarian Rhapsody: Queen Live In Budapest (which brought together, in 2012, more than 80,000 people in Italian cinemas), comes the new celebration of one of the biggest rock bands in the world: Queen Rock Montreal, the legendary concert of the British group, which will be in numerous films Roman (full list of http://www.microcinema.eu/it/concerti-eventi/prossimamente/queen-rock-montreal.htm) only 16, 17 and 18 March thanks to Microcinema.


Registered at the Forum in Montreal on November 24, 1981, was the first concert to be entirely taken in cinema format 35mm. Today, the original footage of the entire show, restored and remastered in HD Ultra with a magnificent surround sound, give life to the best movie experience possible.

The extraordinary performance of the Queen on stage in Montreal was part of the Game Tour, which has registered record numbers, as the 300,000 spectators of the concert in Buenos Aires and a total of 250,000 of the two dates in Sao Paulo. The concert in Montreal presents many of their most famous songs: We Will Rock You (in two versions), Let Me Entertain You, Play The Game, Somebody To Love, Killer Queen, I’m In Love With My Car, Save Me , Love Of My Life, Under Pressure, Keep Yourself Alive, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Bohemian Rhapsody, Tie Your Mother Down, Another One Bites The Dust and We Are The Champions.

This output to the movies is the opportunity for fans to celebrate the extraordinary proof of Freddie Mercury, one of the most acclaimed singer and frontman of rock history. The artist has managed to win with his performances several generations of fans, as confirmed by the many successful initiatives that occurred even after his death, including the theatrical release of Hungarian Rhapsody, which involved a public of all ages.

Also, it is a great way to remember two historic anniversaries. In fact, in 2015 we celebrate the forty years of the most famous song of Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, published for the first time in 1975; as well as thirty years after their historic performance at Live Aid in 1985, considered, from a survey carried out in 2005, the best rock performance of all time.

In short, Queen Rock Montreal is the apotheosis of the musical to the big screen, and a must for fans of the group and of Freddie Mercury.

SYNOPSIS

After the extraordinary success of the concert Hungarian Rhapsody: Queen Live In Budapest (which brought together, in 2012, more than 80,000 people in Italian cinemas), comes the new celebration of one of the biggest rock bands in the world: Queen Rock Montreal, the legendary concert British group, is widely regarded as one of the best performances ever by Queen, yet another testimony to the harmony between the group and the band, in particular the enthusiasm that was able to generate Freddie Mercury.

Registered at the Forum in Montreal on November 24, 1981, was the first concert to be entirely taken in cinema format 35mm, which is now being restored and remastered in HD Ultra with a magnificent surround sound, creating the best cinematic experience possible.

The extraordinary performance of the Queen on stage in Montreal, one of the 46 stages of the North American tour of the Game Queen, presents many of their most famous songs, starting with a wonderful Bohemian Rhapsody, where the play of light and the virtuosity of the group reach a tune perfect, as well as the always exciting We Are The Champions, with a test involving Freddie Mercury makes us understand why this song has become the anthem of all sports competitions. Even, in the case of We Will Rock You, can assist in two versions, a compelling and fast (with which, at that time, the group opened the concerts), and the other more traditional closing. But are memorable, thanks to the charisma of Freddie Mercury and the other members of the band, also the interpretations of Somebody To Love, Killer Queen, Save Me, Under Pressure, Keep Yourself Alive and Another One Bites The Dust, without forgetting a moving acoustic version Love of My Life.
