Dalla primavera del 2018 i cittadini potranno entrare in tutti i musei civici semplicemente acquistando la nuova tessera Mic che, al costo di 5 euro, darà diritto per 12 mesi all’ingresso illimitato in tutti i siti del sistema Musei in Comune, includendo la possibilità di visitare anche le mostre in corso di svolgimento. L’agevolazione è riservata ai residenti a Roma permanenti e temporanei.

Il 2018 è l’Anno Europeo del Patrimonio Culturale, che tra principali finalità ha quella di coinvolgere chi è ai margini della vita culturale, con attenzione ai giovani, i bambini e gli anziani. 
Mic, la nuova tessera che, al costo di 5 euro, darà diritto per 12 mesi all’ingresso illimitato in tutti i Musei civici di Roma e comprenderà anche le mostre in corso di svolgimento. L’agevolazione è riservata ai residenti a Roma permanenti e temporanei.

I Musei interessati dall’iniziativa sono:

Musei Capitolini, Museo dell’Ara Pacis, Museo dei Fori Imperiali – Mercati di Traiano, Museo di Roma, Museo di Roma in Trastevere, Galleria d’Arte Moderna, Museo della Centrale Montemartini, Musei di Villa Torlonia, Museo di Zoologia, che vanno ad aggiungersi a quelli che già oggi sono a ingresso completamente gratuito (Museo Napoleonico, Museo di scultura antica Giovanni Barracco,  Museo Carlo Bilotti, Museo Canonica, Museo delle Mura, Museo della Repubblica Romana e della Memoria garibaldina, Villa di Massenzio e Museo di Casal de’ Pazzi).

È questa la prima grande novità con cui Roma si prepara a celebrare il 2018, Anno Europeo del Patrimonio Culturale.

Avere la possibilità di entrare nei musei e visitare liberamente le mostre, al solo costo di 5 euro l’anno, vuol dire potersi riappropriare degli spazi culturali cittadini, vuol dire sentirsi a casa in tutta Roma. Percorrere i Mercati di Traiano è una delle esperienze più emozionanti che offre la città di Roma.
