Respiri, assaggi, degusti. Profumi che si uniscono al vociare delle tantissime persone che sono venute ad assaggiare prodotti di alta gastronomia: pasta, salumi, confetture e tartufi, miele, gelati e formaggi, distillati, riso, prodotti ittici e da forno. Ad allietare il palato ci hanno pensato anche le numerose cantine presenti e aziende olearie con i loro oli di grandissimo pregio. Un vero e proprio turbine, dove si viene risucchiati dagli innumerevoli sapori e profumi di ineguagliabile fascino che riportano ad un prodotto di qualità inestimabile del nostro patrimonio enogastronomico. Salato, dolce, consistente, morbido, liquido, compatto, stagionato, crudo, delicato, forte, elegante, ruvido: le montagne russe del gusto.
Simposio_2015_selezione-_formaggi_Formaggio-italiano_cheese“Simposio 2015, Trionfo del Gusto” , manifestazione Romana giunta al suo quarto anno di vita, è ormai diventato tappa fondamentale, una vetrina per le oltre 150 aziende di nicchia, provenienti da tutta Italia. Uno spaccato che celebra con grande entusiasmo realtà enogastronomiche di pregio.
Nel programma della manifestazione oltre alla degustazione vera e propria negli stand, c’è la possibilità di partecipare a seminari ed approfondimenti. Presente anche un angolo dedicato al Cooking Show, con due performance giornaliere degli chef Danilo Compagnucci e Nicoletta De Rossi: loro il compito, aiutati dagli allievi di un istituto alberghiero, di preparare con i cibi presentati dalle aziende una serie di piccoli assaggi, spiegando al pubblico ogni passaggio delle ricette. Da un idea di Katia La Rosa, giornalista da anni impegnata nella valorizzazione dell’eccellenza italiana, verrà presentato “ Lusso e Gusto” compito quello di promuovere nuovi modelli di comunicazione in un settore fondamentale per l’operatività delle piccole e medie imprese. “Lo scopo è quello di creare una piattaforma web multimediale, che mette in rete le eccellenze del Made in Italy disaggregate su scala territoriale, esaltando così usi, costumi e tradizioni delle regioni italiane” – spiega l’ideatrice del progetto. Grazie alla rete, lo stile italiano sarà promosso in tempo reale e in modo accessibile. Il portale offrirà anche indispensabili servizi informativi e di orientamento, capaci di guidare le aziende nel mondo della promozione internazionale. Da qui la realizzazione della prima edizione “Lusso e Gusto Awards ” in cui una giuria di addetti ai lavori e specialisti del settore premierà la “qualità” delle aziende presenti che si sono distinte per eccellenza, comunicazione & marketing e sostenibilità.
Oggi, ultimo giorno di questa incredibile kermesse, se siete a Roma, impossibile mancare. Non si può perdere occasione enogastronomica dove il must è la qualità.
Pecorini_Cau_SpadaConsiglio vivamente di passare allo stand di Cau&Spada, azienda di giovani, dedita alla produzione di formaggi pecorini, il latte trasformato proviene solo ed esclusivamente da greggi dell’azienda non trascurando le colture che sono totalmente a regime biologico certificato. Talmente buoni da definirli Illegali.
Come assolutamente da provare tutti i prodotti del salumificio Pedrazzoli, come vietato mancare alla verticale del parmigiano Reggiano di Malandrone 1477, indimenticabile il 72 mesi. Strepitosi I panettoni di Attilio Servi.
Azienda_Agricola_Conventino_Manteciccardo_Corniale_marche-bianco_IGTAltresì, tappa obbligata dell’azienda “Il Conventino” di Monteciccardo, vini interessanti ed oli che hanno preso numerosi premi per moltissime guide.
Gorgonzola_Dolce_Castagna_formaggio-italiano_cheeseDegustare assolutamente ad occhi chiusi il gorgonzola dolce dell’azienda selezionatrice di formaggi, Castagna. Fermarsi ad assaggiare le innumerevoli espressioni del Frascati, presso la postazione del Consorzio vino Frascati, ma credete a me, a Simposio 2015, non esiste postazione dove non avrei voluto soffermarmi a vita. Quindi non perdete tempo scappate e andate ad amarvi e a capire quanto siamo bravi nelle eccellenze enogastronomiche. Siete ancora in tempo.

Sommelier Ais, una vita sotto spirito. Mi mantengo giovane così. Ex Direttore redazionale di un giornale di enogastronomia, collaboratrice di giornali on line nella sezione wine e food. Ho un Supper Club a Roma “ Appartamento9” un progetto in cui credo molto. Perché condividere è la cosa più bella del mondo, soprattutto in compagnia di un buon piatto e di un grande vino. La passione per i cocktail. Faccio i mojito più buoni della capitale.
Un cambiamento repentino di vita, dove ho lasciato alle mie spalle 23 chili, molti nemici,  tantissime conoscenze  e ho tenuto stretto a me,  tutto  ciò che mia ha fatto diventare una donna migliore.
Sono stata la “EX PERFETTA”: ex adolescente,  ex stilista, ex ballerina,  ex tennista, ex fidanzata, ex compagna, ex fumatrice,  ex troppo buona.
Sono diventata un equilibrata sopra le righe, una single non per scelta, una sommelier  che  ama infinitamente il vino.  Lo ama nelle sue caratteristiche infinite, sempre alla ricerca di nuovi produttori.  Una runner, ma soprattutto, sono tornata ad essere felice. Qui inizia il mio  progetto di degustazioni private. Fatte nel mio appartamento, nella bella stagione sul terrazzo di casa, d’inverno ci si trasferisce dentro le  quattro mura. Un “Supper Club” dove il gusto è la parola d’ordine. Mi piace prendermi cura delle persone, e ho scoperto che attraverso il vino e il buon cibo ci  riesco pienamente.
Degustazioni fatte di max 6 persone, dove si mangia si beve e si parla di ciò che si vuole. Perché il vino è convivialità, amicizia, vecchia e nuova.
La casa è abitata da due gatti, se non ti piacciono gli animali, questa casa non fa per te.
Per tutti gli altri, questo è il mio  appartamento e tu sei il benvenuto.
P.s. Le foto presenti sono  tutte scattate da un I-phone 4. Se la Apple dovesse un giorno leggermi e omaggiarmi di un I-phone di ultima generazione, io ne sarei più che felice.
